This association is governed by the American laws on the one hand (In compliance with Chapter 617, FS,) for non-profit and by those Haitian, on the other hand in accordance with the decree concerning the creation of associations and with article 31 of the Constitution of March 29, 1987.

Work for the progress and pacification of the Haitian community as a whole and its members in particular, by setting up a support plan guaranteeing a process of national reconciliation;

  • Jean-Jacques Dessalines was enslaved in the French colony of Santo Domingo, and became the leader of the Haitian independence movement against French rule. After winning the war accompanied with other slaves. In 1084 with the proclamation of the act dre the indepence, Dessalines decided to change the name of the colony in “Haiti” renamed the colony Haiti in 1804 and proclaims himself emperor. And since then, Haiti becomes the first black republic in the world, and sends a clear message against the slave system around the world.
